1. Are the items here real & genuine?
ALL my items are are GUARANTEED real & genuine as I take these stocks from reputable supplier only. ALL the items here are registered with the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Bureau. You can lodge a complaint to this bureau if you find my items fake & not up to standard

2. If they are real & genuine, why are they SO cheap?
There are NO middleman costs incurred as I take them directly from manufacturers themselves & the suppliers who are authorised to hold these items for a period of time. Furthermore, these items are made from high quality ingredients which are equivalent to the counter brands - minus the costly advertisements heavily advertised by the media etc

3. Can I get a refund after I have paid a deposit?
Your deposit will be forfeited if you plan to cancel your order

4. Do you do Cash On Delivery (COD)?
I have been waiting patiently for many customers who do not arrive/come on time & some made me wait for hours when I have been punctual in all these deals. From now onwards, I will only do COD if the order is in bulk/large quantity. Alternatively, you can opt to get it from my place @ Subang

5. Can I get a discount?
I know times are bad & prices will be discounted for RETURNING CUSTOMERS only. Please be reasonable though

6. Why do prices change from time to time?
The price depends on exchange rate as some of the items are imported which is beyond my control

7. I have not received my items, what should I do?
I will normally give you a tracking number, so call up the respective courier service/pos laju to retrieve your items. If you have not gotten any tracking number from me, please ask =)

8. I've received my items - but they are damaged! Can I get a refund?
I will not refund for damaged items or problems cost by the shipping part as I normally try to minimize these problems using bubble paddings @ my own cost & using 'FRAGILE' sticker. What I can assure you is that all items are in good condition before being shipped/posted out

9. Are all these ampoules & masks available/used in beauty salons?
The masks and ampoules are used in many beauty salons but I will not reveal their identities in order to protect their businesses

All About Ampoules & Masks (FAQ)

Q: What are ampoules?
A: Ampoules are airtight glass containers that are filled with a concentration of highly active ingredients. Ampoules usually contain botanical extracts, vitamins and enzymes in various combinations and do not have any preservatives or chemicals due to the airtight packaging. Q: What are the benefits of using ampoules?

Q: How to break the ampoules?
A: Use a tissue or facial cotton to break open around the "white round ring" in the middle of the "neck" ampoule

Q: How to use the ampoules?
Day: Cleanse --> Tone -->Ampoule --> Moisturiser --> Sunblock --> Makeup
Treatment: Cleanse --> Tone --> Ampoule --> mask --> Moisturiser
Night: Cleanse --> Tone --> Ampoule --> Night cream

Q: What type of ampoules are suitable for me?
A: This will depends on your skin type. Email me your skin condition & I will recommend the suitable ampoules

Q: Will these ampoules cause any side effects?
A: There will not be any harmful side effects unless you are allergic to certain ingredients in any skincare products (kindly inform me)

Q: How long can the ampoule last?
A: Once opened, it can last you for 3 days. However, we recommend that you finish the ampoule within 1 day = 1 vial

Q: Which ampoule is suitable for photoshoot?
A: Collagen. Because makeup adheres to skin & stays there longer. Makeup artists normally use these type of ampoules as makeup base
