1. Are the items here real & genuine?
ALL my items are are GUARANTEED real & genuine as I take these stocks from reputable supplier only. ALL the items here are registered with the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Bureau. You can lodge a complaint to this bureau if you find my items fake & not up to standard

2. If they are real & genuine, why are they SO cheap?
There are NO middleman costs incurred as I take them directly from manufacturers themselves & the suppliers who are authorised to hold these items for a period of time. Furthermore, these items are made from high quality ingredients which are equivalent to the counter brands - minus the costly advertisements heavily advertised by the media etc

3. Can I get a refund after I have paid a deposit?
Your deposit will be forfeited if you plan to cancel your order

4. Do you do Cash On Delivery (COD)?
I have been waiting patiently for many customers who do not arrive/come on time & some made me wait for hours when I have been punctual in all these deals. From now onwards, I will only do COD if the order is in bulk/large quantity. Alternatively, you can opt to get it from my place @ Subang

5. Can I get a discount?

I will normally give you a tracking number, so call up the respective courier service/pos laju to retrieve your items. If you have not gotten any tracking number from me, please ask =)

8. I've received my items - but they are damaged! Can I get a refund?
I will not refund for damaged items or problems cost by the shipping part as I normally try to minimize these problems using bubble paddings @ my own cost & using 'FRAGILE' sticker. What I can assure you is that all items are in good condition before being shipped/posted out

9. Are all these ampoules & masks available/used in beauty salons?
The masks and ampoules are used in many beauty salons but I will not reveal their identities in order to protect their businesses
