1. Are the items here real & genuine?
ALL my items are are GUARANTEED real & genuine as I take these stocks from reputable supplier only. ALL the items here are registered with the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Bureau. You can lodge a complaint to this bureau if you find my items fake & not up to standard

2. If they are real & genuine, why are they SO cheap?
There are NO middleman costs incurred as I take them directly from manufacturers themselves & the suppliers who are authorised to hold these items for a period of time. 3. Can I get a refund after I have paid a deposit?
Your deposit will be forfeited if you plan to cancel your order

4. Do you do Cash On Delivery (COD)?

I will not refund for damaged items or problems cost by the shipping part as I normally try to minimize these problems using bubble paddings @ my own cost & using 'FRAGILE' sticker. What I can assure you is that all items are in good condition before being shipped/posted out
